Lester Young, přezdívaný „Prez“, byl americký jazzový tenorsaxofonista a klarinetista. V roce 1933 se stal členem skupiny Count Basieho, později spolupracoval s Benem Websterem, Gerrym Mulliganem a dalšími. Jeho bratr Lee Young byl bubeník.
