Roger Waters je britský rockový hudebník, baskytarista, zpěvák a skladatel, proslulý svým působením v kapele Pink Floyd (1965–1985), kde byl v pozdějších letech hlavním skladatelem a autorem konceptuálních alb plných melancholických textů a společenské kritiky. Po odchodu z Pink Floyd úspěšně pokračoval v sólové kariéře.
Koncertní DVD In the Flesh z roku 2000 na vydavatelství SMV Enterprises zachycuje vystoupení z Watersovy tříleté trasy In the Flesh Tour. Většina materiálu pochází z koncertu v Rose Garden Arena v Portlandu (Oregon) dne 27. června 2000. DVD obsahuje 29 skladeb, které čerpají z klasických Pink Floyd alb (The Wall, The Dark Side of the Moon, Wish You Were Here, Animals), z autorových sólových počinů (Amused to Death, The Pros and Cons of Hitch Hiking) i novou píseň Each Small Candle.
