Depeche Mode je britská elektronická skupina založená v Basildonu v roce 1980. Původně tvořená Davem Gahanem, Martinem Gorem, Andy Fletcherem a Vincem Clarkem, dnes ve složení Gahan a Gore. Jeden z nejvýznamnějších zástupců žánru synthpop, který ovlivnil generace soudobých hudebníků. V roce 2020 byl soubor uveden do Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Kolekce Depeche Mode: M vyšla v roce 2024 na vydavatelství Mute a kombinuje celovečerní film Depeche Mode: M s koncertním záznamem Memento Mori: Mexico City. První DVD obsahuje dokumentární film režiséra Fernanda Fríase, který protkává koncertní záběry s interpretacemi mexické kultury a vztahu ke smrti. Druhé DVD přináší kompletní koncert z vyprodaných vystoupení na stadionu Foro Sol v Mexico City během světového turné Memento Mori v roce 2023. Zvukovou podobu stejného koncertu obsahují dva CD disky – přes dvě hodiny živých nahrávek plus čtyři dosud nevydané studiové skladby z Memento Mori Sessions. Součástí balení je brožurka s fotografiemi z koncertů.
