Swallow the Sun je finská death-doom metalová kapela založená v roce 2000 Juhou Raiviem. Její styl klade důraz na melodii a atmosféru a občas zabrousí i do oblastí gothic a black metalu.
Živé album 20 Years of Gloom, Beauty and Despair: Live in Helsinki vyšlo v roce 2021 na DVD u vydavatelství Century Media. Záznam koncertu obsahuje 18 skladeb mapujících dvě dekády tvorby kapely, včetně The Womb of Winter, Cathedral Walls, Empires of Loneliness či The Giant. Nahrávka zachycuje sílu a temnou atmosféru doom metalu v živém provedení.
V době vzniku záznamu tvořili kapelu Juha Raivio, Mikko Kotamäki (zpěv), Matti Honkonen (basová kytara), Juuso Raatikainen (bicí) a Jaani Peuhu (klávesy).
