Swallow the Sun je finská death-doomová kapela založená roku 2000 Juhou Raiviem. Jejich styl vyzdvihuje melodii a atmosféru, občas přesahuje do gothic a black metalu.
Živé album 20 Years of Gloom, Beauty and Despair: Live in Helsinki vyšlo roku 2021 na labelu Century Media. Set 3 CD zachycuje jubilejní koncert, na kterém kapela oslavila dvě dekády tvorby. Nahrávka obsahuje 36 skladeb pokrývajících celou diskografii, včetně titulů jako The Giant, Cathedral Walls, Stone Wings či epickou Empires of Loneliness.
V době nahrávky tvořili sestavu Juha Raivio, zpěvák Mikko Kotamäki, bubeník Juuso Raatikainen, baskytarista Matti Honkonen a klávesista Jaani Peuhu.
