Snow Patrol je britská indie rocková skupina ze skotského Dundee a severoirského Bangoru, jejíž kariéra trvá již přes patnáct let. Proslavila se skladbami jako Chasing Cars, You're All I Have či Signal Fire.
Kompilace Up to Now vyšla v listopadu 2009 u vydavatelství Fiction jako rekapitulace dosavadního díla kapely. Dvojalbum na 2 CD obsahuje 30 nahrávek — vedle známých singlů také živé verze skladeb Run a Chasing Cars, sólovou reinterpretaci An Olive Grove Facing the Sea a tři nové písně, mezi nimi singl Just Say Yes produkovaný Jacknife Leem. Kompilace zachycuje i výběr z vedlejšího projektu The Reindeer Section.
V době vydání sestavu tvořili Gary Lightbody, Jonny Quinn, Nathan Connolly, Paul Wilson, Tom Simpson a Johnny McDaid.
