Slayer je americká thrash metalová skupina, kterou v roce 1981 založili kytaristé Kerry King a Jeff Hanneman, bubeník Dave Lombardo a baskytarista a zpěvák Tom Araya. Díky svému rychlému a agresivnímu stylu se Slayer stali součástí tzv. „velké čtyřky“ thrash metalu po boku kapel Metallica, Megadeth a Anthrax.
The Repentless Killogy na Blu-ray disku vyšlo v roce 2019 u vydavatelství Nuclear Blast a zachycuje historický koncert v The Forum v Inglewood z 30. listopadu 2019 – poslední vystoupení legendární skupiny před jejím oficiálním rozpadem. Součástí Blu-ray disku je živé provedení 36 skladeb včetně Repentless, Disciple, Mandatory Suicide a Dead Skin Mask, doplněné o filmovou trilogii inspirovanou albem Repentless, která obsahuje příběhovou linku a hudební klipy natočené ve spolupráci s režisérem BJ McDonnellem.
V sestavě z roku 2019 působili Tom Araya na baskytaru a zpěv, Kerry King a Gary Holt na kytarách.
