The Rolling Stones je britská rocková skupina založená v Londýně roku 1962, která patří k nejpopulárnějším kapelám rockové éry. Hlavními tvůrci a frontmany se stali zpěvák Mick Jagger a kytarista Keith Richards, zatímco původní lídr Brian Jones postupně ustupoval do pozadí.
The Rolling Stones Rock and Roll Circus na DVD přináší záznam koncertní televizní show natočené ve dnech 11.–12. prosince 1968. Tento projekt, který nebyl odvysílán až do 90. let, zachycuje nejen vystoupení Stones, ale i řady hostů včetně The Who, Jethro Tull nebo Marianne Faithfull. Mezi 19 nahrávkami najdete ukázky jako Jumpin' Jack Flash, Sympathy for the Devil nebo You Can't Always Get What You Want. Vydalo ABKCO v roce 1996 jako živý dokument éry pozdních šedesátých let.
