Projekt vydavatelství Roadrunner Records. Vznikl v roce 2005 u příležitosti pětadvacátého výročí založení labelu. Původně se jednalo o čtyři „týmy“ muzikantů, které vedli Joey Jordison (bubeník Slipknot), Matt Heafy (frontman Trivium), Dino Cazares (kytarista Fear Factory) a Robb Flynn (Machine Head).
Během studiových sessions 57 hudebníků spojených s vydavatelstvím Roadrunner Records vzniklo v roce 2005 unikátní album projektu Roadrunner United. O tři roky později label pořídil a vydal živý záznam zachycující skladby projektu. Koncertní album je nyní k dispozici poprvé na 2CD a 3LP.
