Powerwolf je německá power metalová kapela aktivní od roku 2003, známá temným vzhledem a tématy odkazujícími na křesťanství a vlkodlačí legendy. Skupina už vydala deset studiových alb.
Dvoudisková tour edice Call of the Wild (Tour Edition) na CD představuje rozšířenou verzi alba Call of the Wild. První disk obsahuje původních jedenáct skladeb včetně Faster Than the Flame, Beast of Gévaudan nebo Dancing with the Dead. Druhý disk Missa Cantorem II přináší všechny písně znovu nazpívané v duetu s hosty – mezi nimi se objevují Hansi Kürsch, Tommy Johansson, Melissa Bonny a další metalové osobnosti.
Sestavu Powerwolf tvoří zpěvák Attila Dorn, kytaristé Matthew Greywolf a Charles Greywolf, klávesista Falk Maria Schlegel a bubeník Roel van Helden.
