A Fever You Can't Sweat Out je debutové studiové album skupiny z roku 2005 vydané vydavatelstvím Decaydance/Fueled by Ramen, které okamžitě katapultovalo čtveřici na výsluní tehdejší scény. Album je ostře rozděleno na dvě poloviny: první část oplývá energickými riffy a hymnickými refrény, zatímco druhá se ponoří do barokního popu inspirovaného kabaretem a vaudevillem s častým použitím smyčců, akordeonu a dechových nástrojů. Díky singlu I Write Sins Not Tragedies, který proslul divadelní atmosférou a vtipným textem plným narážek, se nahrávka stala definující deskou poloviny nultých let a dosáhla v USA certifikace trojitá platina. Tato vinylová reedice vychází na barevném červeném vinylu.
