George Michael byl britský zpěvák, skladatel a producent s kyperskými kořeny, považovaný za jednoho z nejvýznamnějších tvůrců populární hudby. Po úspěšné éře v duu Wham! se vydal na sólovou dráhu ovlivněnou soulem a rhythm and blues. Za svou kariéru prodal přes 100 milionů hudebních nosičů, získal tři ceny Brit Awards a dvě Grammy. V roce 2023 byl posmrtně uveden do Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
