Jethro Tull je britská rocková skupina, jejíž hudba od počátku spojuje hard rock s prvky staré britské a keltské lidové hudby, blues a evropské klasické hudby. Charakteristická je flétnovým projevem Iana Andersona a složitou kompozicí písní.
Album Heavy Horses vyšlo 10. dubna 1978 u vydavatelství Chrysalis a představuje jedenácté studiové album kapely. Je považováno za druhý díl folkové trilogie v jejich tvorbě, přičemž folkové vlivy prostupují mnoha jejich deskami. Tato reedice nabízí 18 nahrávek včetně původních skladeb i alternativních verzí. Mezi klíčové skladby patří titulní Heavy Horses, Acres Wild či No Lullaby.
