James Taylor je americký folkrockový zpěvák a kytarista, pětinásobný držitel ceny Grammy a člen Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. K jeho nejznámějším nahrávkám patří píseň You've Got A Friend od Carole Kingové, s níž v roce 1971 vedl americkou hitparádu.
