Vynilová reedice šestého studiového alba americké metalové skupiny Dream Theater. Poprvé deska vyšla v roce 2002. Album představuje komplexní a hluboký koncept zaměřený na lidské vnitřní boje a duševní nemoci. První disk přináší pět samostatných skladeb zabývajících se tématy jako alkoholismus, ztráta víry či sebeizolace, zatímco druhý disk je tvořen rozsáhlou, osmipartovou titulní skladbou, která vypráví příběhy šesti jedinců trpících různými duševními poruchami. Album je charakterizováno technickou virtuozitou, hudební rozmanitostí a emocionální hloubkou, a patří k nejvýznamnějším dílům kapely, které spojují progresivní metal s narativními a psychologickými tématy.
